2. Step

First, we mix cream cheese with sour cream and powdered sugar, then we add an egg and a bit of lemon zest.

3. Step

Let's prepare muffin cups. I used silicone ones. In the bottom of each cup, we put 1 TB of crumbs and smooth it out. On that we put 2 tablespoons of cream. It will also depend on how big cups we use. We put it on a baking sheet and bake for 22-25 min at 160 C. We let it cool down in the slightly opened oven.

4. Step

Decorate them with melted chocolate and fruit once cooled.
