Ingredients
- 21⁄2 ounce gin
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1⁄2 ounce sage-infused honey
- 1 sage leaf
- 2 tablespoon earl grey tea

Place a cocktail glass in the freezer to chill.
Combine the gin, lemon juice, honey, and Earl Grey tea in a cocktail shaker and fill it halfway with ice.
Shake until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
Double strain the liquid into a coupe glass to eliminate tea residue.
Rub sage leaf gently between two fingers to release oils and use as garnish.
