Sift the flour, as it is much easier to work with. Then add the eggs to the flour and mix. Meanwhile, gradually add the salt and the milk and finally the oil. Ideally, the dough should be quite smooth and easy to shape. It is important not to leave the dough to stand for too long, as it can easily harden, so try to avoid this.

2. Step

Knead the dough well and shape it into small dumplings, but make sure that the dumplings are not too big when you put them in the boiling water, as they will grow during cooking. Ideally, the dumplings should cook in the water for about 2-3 minutes until they are on top.
