Lentil Soup without Flour
Recipe for lentil soup, in which flour is not used.
Ingredients
- 200 g lentils
- 3 pcs carrot
- 2 pcs onion
- 2 pcs cloves of garlic
- 1 l water
- 2 ts vegetable broth
- 1 ts sea salt
- 1⁄2 ts black pepper
- 4 pcs Potatoes

Rinse the lentils in water and set aside. Peel and finely chop the carrot, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
In a pan with a little oil, sauté the onion, carrot and garlic. Add lentils, potatoes, water, broth, salt and pepper.
Stir everything together and let it simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.
Then remove the soup from the heat and let it cool down a bit.
Season the soup to taste before serving. You can serve it with whole grain bread.
