- 250 ml kefir
- 60 ml oil
- 60 ml milk
- 2 a piece egg
- Vanilla extract
- 120 g brown sugar
- 240 g special fine flour
- 1 a piece baking soda
- 2 handfuls frozen raspberries
- 50 g bittersweet chocolate

- 3 tablespoon special fine flour
- 2 tablespoon crystal sugar
- 1 tablespoon confectionery sugar
- 30 g butter

1. Step
Dough: Sift the flour and mix it with baking powder and cane sugar.
2. Step
In another container, we mix together eggs, oil, milk, kefir, and vanilla extract.
3. Step
Mix the dry ingredients into the liquid ones to get a lump-free mass. Finally, gently stir in the raspberries and chopped chocolate.
4. Step
Line the muffin tin with paper cups and fill each about 3/4 full as the dough will rise.

Bake at 180 °C for about 20-25 minutes, depending on the oven.
6. Step
I add the crumble about 10 minutes into baking. We mix all the ingredients for the crumble by hand.
