Ingredients
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 11⁄2 spoons sugar
- 1⁄2 spoons Vanilla extract
- 2 spoons butter
- 11⁄2 spoons whole milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 spoons salt
- 1 spoons baking soda
- 3⁄4 cups special fine flour

Separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Put the whites into a large bowl and the yolks into a smaller bowl.
Add 0.5 teaspoons of sugar, vanilla extract, soft butter, whole milk, lemon juice, salt, baking powder, and all-purpose flour to the egg yolks. Mix well.
Whisk the egg whites until frothy. Gradually add the remaining sugar while whisking.
Carefully fold the egg white foam into the yolk mixture using a whisk.
Pour the dough into a silicone mold and bake on a pan with a lid over medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side.
