- 125 g butter

- 100 g sugar

1. Step
Prepare the dough. Mix the flour, butter, eggs, sugar, and baking powder until smooth and let it rest in the refrigerator.
2. Step
Prepare the filling. Sauté the chopped apples in butter, add cinnamon and sugar and let it cool down.
3. Step
Roll out the dough often and put it into a greased mold. Load the apple filling onto the dough.
4. Step
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes, until the cake is nicely golden brown. Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
