How to prepare the authentic Greek labneh?
Labneh is a sour cream made from chopped milk, garlic and Arabic spices. Topped with olives. It's served as an appetizer or starter, at lunch or dinner time, with its best accompaniment: pita bread or Arabic bread.

- 300 g unsweetened Greek Yoghurt

Directions
Place the milk in a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat.
Remove from the heat and let the temperature begin to drop.
Place the Greek Yoghurt at room temperature in a glass bowl.
Gradually pour in the warm milk until it has a liquid consistency.
Cover the pot and wrap the pot with a cloth. Insulate it from the outside temperature. Set aside for 24 hours.
Transfer the result to a bowl and garnish with the onion, zaatar, and olive oil.
Serve with Arabic bread or pita bread and some black olives. Everyone will love it!
