How to make Perfect Fried Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbls of butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 slices of your favorite cheese (optional)
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked (optional)
- Fresh lettuce leaves or slices of tomato (optional)

Directions
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
Crack the eggs into the pan, season with salt, and pepper, and fry to desired doneness.
Flip the eggs gently for a minute if you prefer them over easy.
Remove the eggs and set them aside.
Spread the remaining butter on one side of each bread slice.
In the same pan, place the buttered side of two bread slices down and layer with a piece of cheese, the fried egg, and optional lettuce, tomato, or bacon.
Cover with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
Flip the sandwiches and cook until golden brown.
Remove from the heat, cut in half, and serve warm.
