Boil the mint for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and leave covered for a few hours.
Wring out the mint and filter the resulting broth through a fine sieve

After boiling, cook the syrup for 10-15 minutes.
Pour the syrup into clean jars and close the lid. Let it cool completely. Store it in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
