How to make Honey Roasted Salted Cashews

- 2 cups of raw unsalted cashews
- 4 tbls of honey
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 2 tbls of unsalted butter, melted

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for later use.
In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until the salt has dissolved.
Add the cashews into this honey mixture and stir until they are all coated evenly.
Spread the cashews out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for around 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, stir the cashews to ensure even roasting. Continue roasting for another 5 minutes, or until golden.
