- 1 Cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbls sugar
- 1 Cup of warm water

In a jar, combine apple cider vinegar, salt, sugar, and warm water. Stir well until sugar and salt are dissolved.

Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
After the onions have pickled, place the jar in the refrigerator. The pickled red onions will last for 2-3 weeks.
