Remove the stems and leaves from your cauliflower, and chop it into chunks.

2. Step

Place these chunks in a food processor and pulse until it looks like rice. Make sure not to over-process, you don't want mush.

Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium heat, and then add sesame oil.

4. Step

Add the garlic, onions, carrots, and peas to the skillet, and cook until they're tender.
