Directions
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of instant coffee in 4 cups of hot water.
In a separate bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 1 cup of cold water and let it bloom for about 4-5 minutes.
Pour 1 cup of hot water into the bloomed gelatin and mix it well until it's completely dissolved.
Add the dissolved gelatin mixture into your coffee mixture, then add sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a shallow pan or individual serving dishes and let it cool down.
Once cooled down, place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, or until it sets and becomes jelly-like in consistency.
When ready to serve, cut the jelly into cubes (if it's in a shallow pan), and pour condensed milk to taste. Enjoy your coffee jelly!
