Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 cups Wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 8 tablespoon water
- 200 g condensed milk
- 200 g sour cream
- 6 g colourless gelatine powder
- 100 g melted chocolate
- 150 ml whipped cream

In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar. Beat well. Add the oil and mix. Add cocoa powder and water. Add the sifted flour and mix well. Finish with baking powder and mix lightly.

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
