- 2 cups cooked pumpkin
- 2 cups all flour
- 1 pcs egg
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbls butter
- 1⁄2 Cup heavy cream
- 1⁄4 Cup parmesan

Begin by preparing the gnocchi. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pumpkin, flour, egg, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll each portion out into a long thin rope. Cut the ropes into pieces.
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the gnocchi for 2-3 minutes or until they float to the surface. Remove the gnocchi with a spoon and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over heat. Add the cream and Parmesan cheese, and mix.
