- 250 g salad cucumber
- 3 cloves fresh garlic
- 3 spoons olive oil
- 2 spoon red wine vinegar
- salt
- ground black pepper
- dill and or mint

Grate your cucumbers into a bowl, and add salt. Let the cucumbers sit for about 10 minutes. The salt will help all water leave the cucumbers, which will prevent our tzatziki from being too runny.
