- 100 g dried fish
- 100 g ponmo
- 1 Cup goat meat stock
- 1 kg cooked goat meat
- 1⁄2 Cup ugwu leaves
- 1⁄2 Cup scent leaves

Heat the palm oil. After two minutes add pepper blend, salt, stock, and stir. Bring to a boil, then add spoonfuls of egusi mixed with a little water into paste. Do not mix it into the soup, but let cook for 5 minutes.
