- 1⁄2 kg fresh chillies
- 4 cloves garlic
- 30 g brown sugar
- 10 g salt
- 60 ml water
- 80 ml white vinegar

Coarsely chop the chillies, leaving the seeds. Put them in the blender together with the chopped garlic, salt, sugar and water. Blend well.
