Ingredients
Dough
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g self-rising flour
- 1 spoon white wine vinegar
- 120 ml milk
- 1 spoon lemon juice
- 60 g butter
- 8 g cocoa
- 1⁄2 spoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 spoon red food colouring paste or gel
- 1 spoon vanilla essence
Cheese frosting
- 150 g cream cheese
- 250 g icing sugar
- 120 g butter

Directions
Add the teaspoon of lemon juice to the milk and leave it to stand for about 12 minutes.
In a bowl, add the butter and sugar. Beat until the sugar is integrated. Add the egg and beat again until the mixture is fluffy. Then add a teaspoon of vanilla essence and beat.
Add the sifted flour and cocoa and mix with a spatula or mixer.
Add the milk and lemon mixture. Then mix in the vinegar and baking soda and add. Beat well.
Add half a teaspoon of food colouring and beat. Then pour the batter into the cupcake moulds and bake in the preheated oven at 160°C for 20-25 minutes.
In a bowl, add the butter and beat until you have a very creamy texture. Add the sieved icing sugar and beat until the ingredients are combined.
Add the cream cheese and beat until everything is combined.
Place the frosting in a piping bag and decorate the cupcakes. Add heart sprinkles and enjoy with your loved ones.
