A simple and quick recipe for homemade pizza without the need for dough leavening. This pizza is the perfect choice for a quick dinner or a party with friends.

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3⁄4 cups water

- 1⁄2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 packing mozzarella
- 1 spoon dried herbs
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil

Preheat the oven to 220°C. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add olive oil and water and knead the dough. If the dough is too sticky, add some flour. If it's too dry, add some water.

Spread the tomato sauce on the dough and sprinkle with your favourite topping.
