  • 2 teaspoon lemon peel Added to

1. Step

Put the orange juice, sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan and cook slowly over medium heat. I recommend you stir constantly so the sugar doesn't burn.

2. Step

When you see that the sugar has completely dissolved, add the gelatine. Add this only at the end so that it doesn't clump.

3. Step

After adding the gelatine, boil the mixture for a few more minutes and then remove from the heat. Add the lemon zest, vanilla essence and colouring. Careful, you really only need a few drops!

4. Step

Pour the resulting mixture into the moulds. I use silicone moulds in the shape of teddy bears, but any other moulds can be used.

5. Step

Let the moulds cool in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
