Homemade Greek Yogurt No Yeast Pizza Dough
Greek Yogurt Pizza Dough is a quick and healthy alternative to traditional pizza dough. It uses only two main ingredients—self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Add the self-rising flour to a large mixing bowl.
Stir in the Greek yogurt and mix until a dough starts to form.
Place the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently with hands that have been lightly brushed with olive oil.
Knead until a smooth, elastic dough forms. This should take around 4-5 minutes.
If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. If it is too dry, add a tad extra Greek yogurt.
Once the pizza dough is smooth and elastic, let it rest for 5 minutes before using.
