- 2 cups of fresh raspberries
- 200 gms of white chocolate
- 1 Cup of heavy cream
- 1⁄2 Cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water. Stir until smooth, then set aside to cool slightly.

Gradually fold in the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until well combined.
Next, fold in the fresh raspberries, making sure to leave some for garnish.
