- 450 g Lumpy cottage cheese
- 120 spelt flour
- 40 spelt semolina
- 50 artificial sweetener
- 2 drops vanilla sweetener Flavdrops

Mix the cottage cheese in a bowl with an egg, add sweeteners and stir. Then add flour and semolina, add more flour as needed. Cut the strawberries into 1/2 depending on how big they are and fill the balls with them. Put them in boiling water for a few minutes. Serve with whatever you like, I put fresh strawberries, ground poppy seeds, and powdered sugar on top. Enjoy your meal!
