Directions

120 min.
1. Step

Start by peeling the ripe bananas.

2. Step

Cut the peeled bananas in half horizontally. Very gently insert the popsicle sticks in the cut-end of each banana half. This might be tricky, but to avoid the banana from falling apart, insert the stick halfway through the banana.

3. Step

Arrange all the banana pops on a tray covered with parchment paper. Freeze them for 1 hour until they are firm.

4. Step

Once the bananas are frozen, the next step involves melting the white chocolate. I prefer using a double boiler to melt the chocolate, but if you don't have one, you can melt it in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.

5. Step

Dip each frozen banana into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it's thoroughly coated.

6. Step

While the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle the bananas with nuts or coconut.

7. Step

Place the finished popsicles back on the tray and freeze them for an additional hour or until the chocolate has set fully.
