Grandma's Old-Fashioned Bublanina
A tasty and refreshing cake full of seasonal strawberries, just like grandma makes it.

- 200 g special fine flour
- 1 pcs baking powder
- 2 pcs large eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare the dough by mixing sugar, flour, and baking powder. Then add eggs, milk, and vanilla extract and mix well.
2. Step
Strawberries are washed. If the strawberries are large, you can cut them into smaller pieces.
3. Step
Pour the batter into a baking dish and spread strawberries on top. Bake the sponge cake for 30-35 minutes, or until it is solidly golden brown.
4. Step
Let the cake cool down and then you can serve it. It's perfect with a heap of whipped cream and a good dose of sunshine.
