Goulash Soup with Sausages

- 500 g beef
- 2 pcs onion
- 4 pcs potato
- 4 pcs sausages
- 2 Spoons lard
- 2 Spoons sweet paprika
- 1 Spoon marjoram
- 1 Spoon cumin
- 2 l water
- 2 Pieces bay leaf
- 4 Pieces Whole pepper
- 2 Spoons salt

1. Step
Fry the chopped onion in the lard until golden brown.
2. Step
Add the chopped beef and sauté until the meat is firm on all sides.
3. Step
Remove the pan from the stove and add the pepper, mix well.
4. Step
Add water, bay leaf, pepper, marjoram and cumin. Put everything in a larger pot and cook covered for about an hour.
5. Step
In the meantime, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Add them to the pot.

Cut the sausages into slices and also add them to the pot. Cook for another 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft.

Season the soup with salt and serve hot.
