Gluten-free yoghurt muffins
Fantastic gluten-free yoghurt muffins that will be especially enjoyed by those who are gluten intolerant.
Ingredients
- 200 g gluten-free flour
- 2 ts baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 120 g sugar
- 2 a piece Eggs
- 200 ml Yoghurt
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 1 ts Vanilla extract
- 100 g Chocolate pieces

Directions
Mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with the yogurt, oil and vanilla extract.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix everything thoroughly. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
Divide the batter into muffin tins (about 2/3 of the height of the muffin tin, so that the muffins have room to rise) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 20-25 minutes.
After removing from the oven, let the muffins cool and then they can be removed from the moulds.
