Ingredients
Biscuit
- 11⁄2 cups gluten-free plain flour
- 1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
- 3⁄4 Cup brown sugar
- 160 g Salted butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
Filling
- 2 tins condensed milk
- 130 g Salted butter
- 3 tablespoon Golden Syrup
Topping
- 200 g white chocolate

Directions
In a large bowl mix the flour, coconut, brown sugar and cinnamon together. Mix until there are no lumps in the mixture.

Stir in the melted butter.

Add the mixture to the pan. Put the mix into the oven for 10 minutes. Then, let it cool.

Place the condensed milk, butter and golden syrup in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk frequently until the caramel mixture become thickened and darker.

Pour the caramel mix over the top of the biscuit base. Put the biscuit and caramel mix into the oven for 15 minutes. Then, set aside.

In a bowl, place the chocolate into small pieces and melt it with the microwave.

Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel filling.

Place into the fridge for an hour. After that, remove the slice from the pan and cut it into small pieces.
