Gluten-Free Poppy Seed Cake
A healthy recipe for a gluten-free poppy seed cake with lemon icing, loved by everyone.

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter cut into pieces. Add the eggs and knead the dough.
Roll out often and place in a greased mold. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven.
In the meantime, prepare the filling. Mix the poppy seeds with sugar and milk and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes, then remove from the heat and let it cool down.
After the dough has cooled, spread the filling evenly and bake for another 20 minutes.
While the cake is baking, prepare the lemon icing. Squeeze the lemons and mix with powdered sugar.
Let the finished pie cool completely, then drizzle with lemon glaze. Enjoy your meal!
