Ingredients
- 3 mugs ground poppy seeds
- 1 mug Semi-coarse rice flour
- 1 mug Semolina maize flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1⁄2 mug Unrefined sugar
- 1 mug oil
- 1 mug milk
- 1 a piece egg
- 4 a piece apples
- cinnamon

First prepare the dough. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients - poppy seeds, rice and corn flours, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Gradually add milk, oil and egg.

Mix the apples with the dough and pour it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
