Gluten-free pancakes
I make this recipe regularly since we have a celiac at home. These gluten free pancakes have worked well for us and are one of our favorite meals.

- 150 g gluten-free flour
- 350 ml milk
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- pinch of salt
- Butter to grease the pan

1. Step
In a small bowl, mix gluten-free flour, salt and sugar.
2. Step
In another bowl, whisk the egg with the milk.
3. Step
Slowly add the milk-egg mixture to the flour and mix with a whisk to form a dough.
4. Step
Preheat a frying pan to medium-high heat and grease with butter.
5. Step
Using a ladle, scoop the batter and pour it into the pan and gradually bake these perfect gluten-free pancakes.
