I make this recipe regularly since we have a celiac at home. These gluten free pancakes have worked well for us and are one of our favorite meals.

In another bowl, whisk the egg with the milk.

Slowly add the milk-egg mixture to the flour and mix with a whisk to form a dough.

Preheat a frying pan to medium-high heat and grease with butter.
