- 300 g Smooth spelt wheat flour
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- 2 ts gingerbread spices
- 1 ts ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 bal baking soda
- 2 Eggs
- 4 apples
- 1 white Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon oil

In a bowl, mix dry ingredients. Then add eggs, yogurt, peeled and grated apples, oil and water and mix everything together. Spread the prepared dough evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about half an hour.
