- 1 pcs Head of garlic
- 1 pcs onion
- 1 spoon butter
- 1 l broth
- 2 spoons flour
- 1 pcs egg
- bread
- salt
- ground paprika

Heat a frying pan and fry the chopped onion in butter until golden brown. Add the peeled and finely chopped garlic.
