Recipe for the preparation of a fruit cup with sour cream.

- 400 g fruit
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g confectionery sugar
- 1 bal vanilla sugar
- Nuts or seeds for decoration

1. Step
Wash, clean and cut the fruit thoroughly into small pieces. Personally, I have found it best to just cut it into smaller pieces - it is more practical for serving and eating.
2. Step
In a bowl, mix the sour cream, icing sugar and vanilla sugar. If you like a stronger vanilla flavour, feel free to add half a packet of vanilla sugar.
3. Step
Put the cream in a glass and pile the fruit on top. Sprinkle with nuts or sunflower seeds.
4. Step
Place the fruit cups in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
