To prepare roasted Brussels sprouts, prepare the sprouts by removing the outer leaves and cutting off the ends. Halve larger sprouts to ensure they cook evenly.

2. Step

Preheat a large pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and stir until all the sprouts are evenly coated with oil and spices.

4. Step

Fry the Brussels sprouts for about 15-20 minutes until they are browned on the edges and soft inside. Turn the florets regularly to ensure they fry evenly.
