Fried Brussels Sprouts
A hearty and healthy side dish that portrays Brussels sprouts in a new and exciting way. This fried Brussels sprouts dish is crispy, delicious, and incredibly easy to make.

- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 TL salt
- 1 TL ground black pepper

Directions
To prepare roasted Brussels sprouts, prepare the sprouts by removing the outer leaves and cutting off the ends. Halve larger sprouts to ensure they cook evenly.
Preheat a large pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Add the Brussels sprouts to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and stir until all the sprouts are evenly coated with oil and spices.
Fry the Brussels sprouts for about 15-20 minutes until they are browned on the edges and soft inside. Turn the florets regularly to ensure they fry evenly.
Remove the roasted Brussels sprouts from the heat and serve them warm as a side dish to your favorite meal.
