1. Step

In a bowl, combine your crushed biscuits with melted butter until evenly mixed.

2. Step

Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish to form your slice base.

3. Step

Chill the crust in the fridge for 30 minutes until it's set.

In another bowl, mix the sliced strawberries with lemon juice and powdered sugar, letting them macerate for about 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the gelatin over a small amount of water and allow it to soften.

6. Step

Heat the strawberry jam in a pan, add the softened gelatin to it, and stir until completely dissolved.

Allow this mixture to cool before gently folding in the whipped cream.

Spread the cream layer over the chilled crust, and top this with your sweetened strawberries.

Return your strawberry slice to the fridge and chill for at least 1 hour, or until the cream is set.
