Fluffy Apple Crumble Cake
Apple crumble cake is a traditional Polish dessert that is perfect for any occasion. Sweet apples, fluffy dough and crunchy crumble - a combination of flavors that will satisfy any gourmet.
Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1 glass sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 g butter
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
For the crumbles:
- 50 g cold butter
For the filling:
- 5 pcs Large apples
- 1 spoon cinnamon
- 3 spoons sugar

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking pan with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Wash the apples, peel them and cut them into thin slices. Mix with sugar and cinnamon and set aside for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, chop the butter with the flour and sugar so that small lumps form - this will be our crumble.
In another vessel mix flour with baking powder and sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla extract.
Put the dough in the baking pan, arrange the apples on top and sprinkle with crumble.
Bake for about 60 minutes until a dry stick.
Cool the apple cake in the mold, then put it on a plate. Enjoy!
