Separate one egg white from the yolk and crack the other egg into the yolk.

2. Step

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.

3. Step

Mix the egg yolks and one egg white well and fold them into the snow.

Heat a frying pan, pour in the rapeseed oil and add the egg mixture.
