Fitness chocolate cake

I often make this fitness chocolate cake when I have a sweet tooth but don't want to break my diet.

1. Step

Blend the oatmeal into a fine flour and mix with the cocoa. Set this mixture aside.

2. Step

Soak the dates in water and leave them to soften. Add the mixture we set aside to the blended dates. This will be our batter.

3. Step

I recommend using high quality cocoa, which will make the cake even tastier.

4. Step

Blend the cottage cheese, bananas, honey and protein powder until smooth. Then spread this mixture on the dough.

5. Step

Place the finished cake in the fridge for a few hours, ideally overnight. Before serving, the cake can be drizzled with chocolate icing and sprinkled with pieces of almonds.
