Fitness cheesecake without sugar
The perfect cheesecake without added sugar, which you can enjoy even if you are on a diet.
Ingredients
- 200 g oat flakes
- 100 g bran
- 60 g coconut oil
- 600 g Low-fat cottage cheese
- 4 pcs Eggs
- pinch of salt
- 100 ml agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 250 g fresh fruit

To begin with the preparation of the corpus. In a large bowl, mix the oatmeal with the bran and add the slightly melted coconut oil. It is important to mix the ingredients thoroughly so that the coconut oil is evenly distributed.
Spoon the mixture into the cake tin and spread it evenly over the entire surface. Place the tin in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Add the low-fat cottage cheese, eggs, a pinch of salt, agave syrup and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend everything thoroughly until smooth.
Remove the finished cake from the oven and let it cool slightly. Then spread the filling evenly over it.
Place the cheesecake back in the oven and bake for about an hour.
After cooling, pile fresh fruit on top.
