Fine Curd Cheese Cake
This fine curd cheese cake is ideal for Sundays and holidays. It's delicious, creamy, and melts in your mouth.

- 100 g sugar
- 150 g butter
- 1 pcs egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 200 ml whipped cream
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packing vanilla sugar

Prepare dough from flour, sugar, butter, egg and baking powder and let it rest in the refrigerator.
Prepare the filling by mixing the cottage cheese, cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.

Pour the filling over the first part that was placed in the form.
Place the second dough on the filling.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes.
