- 1⁄2 Cup oil
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- 1⁄4 Cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese

1. Step
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions al dente.
2. Step
Mix oil and garlic in a skillet and start cooking.
3. Step
Add spaghetti to the skillet and mix with garlic oil until well coated.
4. Step
If the pasta seems dry, add reserved pasta water, a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
5. Step
Add chopped parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Toss until well combined.

Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese.
