- 2 kg Black elderberry fruits
- 11⁄2 kg sugar
- 2 l water
- 2 pcs lemon

1. Step
Rinse the elderberries in water and dry them.
2. Step
Into a large pot, insert the elderberries, add sugar, water and lemon sliced into wheels.
3. Step
We cook everything on medium heat for approximately 1 hour.
4. Step
Pour the finished syrup through a strainer into a clean bottle and seal it.
5. Step
We store the syrup in the fridge and dilute it with water to taste before consumption.
