Elderberry Juice
Elderberry juice is a refreshing drink made from elder flowers. It's a great summer beverage that can be served at various celebrations or picnics. This recipe is simple and quick to prepare.
Ingredients
- 25 pieces Flower pots
- 3 l water
- 3 piece lemons
- 1 kg sugar
- 50 g citric acid

Directions
Take the basil flowers and remove the stems. Put the flowers in a large container.
We wash the lemons, cut them into thin slices and add them to the basil flowers.
Add water, sugar, and citric acid into the container. Stir everything until the sugar dissolves.
Cover the container and let it stand in a cool place for 3 days. Stir every day.
After three days, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a clean bottle. Store the juice in the refrigerator.
Before serving the elderflower juice, always dilute it with water in a 1:5 ratio. Serve chilled.
