1. Step

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Thinly slice the tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until they are softened and slightly caramelized.
