1. Step

Using your hand, crush the Weetabix bars into a big bowl. Then add the almond milk and maple syrup. Mix well and use the back of the spoon to spread the Weetabix layer evenly.

2. Step

Slice the bananas and layer them on top of the Weetabix layer.

3. Step

In a small bowl, melt the frozen berries in a microwave for 30-60 seconds. Then add the yoghurt and stir well to make the berry yoghurt.

4. Step

Pour the berry yoghurt on top of the Weetabix and banana layer.

Chill in the fridge overnight before serving. Before serving, top with fresh berries and sliced almonds. Enjoy!
