Béchamel sauce

- 100 g self-rising flour
- 1 l milk

- ground black pepper
- nutmeg
Cannelloni
- 250 g cannelloni
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 400 g spinach
- 1 egg
- 180 g Parmesan cheese
- salt

Directions
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over moderate heat. Add the flour and stir with a whisk.

Pour in the milk and continue stirring until it thickens. Remove from the heat and add salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
