Ingredients
- 14 g unsalted butter
- pinch salt
- 350 g sugar
- 170 g semi sweet chocolate
- 60 g chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 200 g marshmallow cream
- 90 g chopped nuts

Directions
Pour the evaporated milk into a saucepan with unsalted butter, a pinch of salt and sugar. Stir over high heat until it comes to a boil. Then lower the heat and cook for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat.

Place the semi-sweet chocolate and the 70% chocolate in a bowl. Add the vanilla and marshmallow cream.

Add the reserved milk. Stir with a whisk until all the ingredients are completely integrated. Add the chopped walnuts and mix.

Grease a baking tin and cover the bottom with a couple of pieces of parchment paper forming a cross. Then pour the dough into the mould. Leave to cool at room temperature for 3-4 hours.
